These pictures were taken at a very well know Cardio
Vascular Surgeons home in Paradise Valley.

He had a 6 year old Rheem unit that developed a refrigerant leak
in his attic air handling unit. Instead of repairing the Rheem he wanted to
replace it.
Besides the refrigerant leak in the old unit he had
other issues that were making his home uncomfortable.
1. The old unit didn't cool some area's enough
during summer and kept others to cool during winter. The original 5 ton system made some rooms too cool while
trying to cool those warm area's.
2. Because the unit ran to long trying to cool off
these areas the air condoner removed to much moisture. Making the whole
cooling area dry.
3. The Air Conditioning unit was located outside the
house near the bedroom window. He wanted the noise reduced and suggested we move
the unit 30 feet away from the window. I showed him the sound levels of the new
Carrier Puron unit. It only makes as much noise as a household refrigerator. The
old one had sound levels as high as an electric hair dryer.
Adams Refrigeration removed his old blower system
from his attic and installed a new Carrier Variable Speed System to move the air
properly through out the cooling area.

We installed a new 17 SEER Puron Heat Pump System in
his yard near his bedroom window area. Saving him the cost of moving the
electric circuit and the extension of the refrigerant lines
After the installation he was amassed at the air
flow to those areas he couldn't get cool before.
One of his comments was "I don't even know when its
running". This unit really has very low sound levels it's remarkable.
I noticed ceiling fans in most of the rooms but
since we replaced his old inadequate unit the fans aren't turned on.
This customer is very satisfied with the new Carrier
Puron system and I hope next year he'll allow us to replace the other system in
his home.
