We are really proud to have a service manager like Rex. Ever since he joined the firm in 1990 he has been a major help to all our service technicians and installers.

When one of our technicians (yes even the Master Technicians) has a problem with a  Diagnoses  they get the correct answer from Rex.

Rex has been supervising the trouble shooters. You might say that makes him a trouble shooters trouble shooter.  

Rex is also available to our customers when they call. He really has a good handle on this business.
