Parts and Labor (during contract period (1 Year).

fall)=$119.99 on most homes with one unit (ask about multi unit
price).
Our Peak
Performance for Residential Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners all
include the following:
16 Point check up

Check thermostat operation.

Clean filter or replace (customer supplied).

Check system temperature split at unit.

Check system temperature split in house.

Check system operating pressures.

Inspect fused disconnect.

Inspect wiring and tighten electrical connections.

Inspect relays, electrical connections and controls.

Inspect electrical safety circuits.

Inspect indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup.

Inspect belt and adjust tension (as required).

Inspect outdoor coil and advise.

Inspect duct seal at unit and secure panels.

Check evaporative cooler duct blockoff (as required).

Check resistance heat controls (as required).
